We are proud to announce that FRONT has been selected as the façade contractor for Alba Residence, a modern residential building located at a key entry point to Prishtina from Veternik. The project stands out for its strategic location and contemporary architecture, aiming to offer both visual appeal and long-term performance.

The developer, Alba Group, entrusted FRONT with this important role, recognizing our 14 years of experience, technical expertise, and high-quality materials. This collaboration highlights FRONT’s position as a leading provider of advanced façade solutions in the region, supported by strong partnerships with global manufacturers.

The ventilated façade of Alba Residence will be realized using premium panels from the Austrian brand Fundermax, known for their durability and elegant finish. The project includes approximately 7,000 m² of façade cladding, designed to deliver long-lasting mechanical and aesthetic performance, while also significantly enhancing building efficiency.

In addition to its modern appearance, the façade will incorporate professional thermal insulation that ensures over 30% energy savings in heating and cooling compared to traditional façades. The system will also include breathable membranes to prevent moisture and condensation, improving indoor air quality, as well as acoustic insulation to reduce noise from the surrounding environment.
