A New Standard for Sustainable Living — FRONT Joins the Vision of International Residence

At FRONT, we are honored to be part of this journey—bringing our passion, expertise, and commitment to sustainability to one of the most exciting developments in the region.

FRONT has been selected as the official façade contractor, a recognition of our ability to provide the highest quality materials, the most advanced technical solutions, and a team of professionals dedicated to excellence. The façades will be realized using ventilated systems with Austrian-made Fundermax HPL panels, known for their durability, refined aesthetics, and eco-conscious performance.

With eight stunning nine-story buildings and over 20,000 square meters of façade cladding, International Residence will be among the largest ventilated façade projects in the region. This scale demands precision, innovation, and trust—and we are proud to be entrusted with such a responsibility.
