lindner.garden.residence is a green residential township on the outskirts of Tirana, being developed by the renowned German company Lindner Group. This unique residential complex is being built according to German construction standards, with sustainable architecture centered around people and well-being.
After a thorough process of technical discussions and proposed solutions, we are proud to announce that Front LLC Albania, in partnership with txhshpk.al from Durrës, has been selected as the contractor for the ventilated façade system in this project. The façade will be realized using Fundermax and Etalbond panels.
What makes this project even more exciting for us is the opportunity to collaborate with Lindner Group and exchange best practices in sustainability and green construction. 🏡🍀
