After 15 years of dedicated work, today we are marking a historic milestone for our company — we are beginning construction on the new FRONT facility: a modern factory designed in every detail with the ‘green & smart building’ concept, in line with the highest LEED standards. 🍀
This is a unique and mission-driven project aimed at creating harmony between nature, people, and business. ☘️🧍♂️📈
We’re thrilled to announce that this project has been classified as a sustainable investment. Today, we also signed the financing agreement with ProCredit Bank Kosovo, supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) through the RSF program, which is based on the application of best ESG practices.
Strategically located near one of the most accessible areas in Kosovo — at the highway exit to Lipjan — the building will cover an area of 8,200 m² and will be developed in several phases over 36 months. It will serve as a distribution center, prefabrication and final production hub for innovative and sustainable construction materials, primarily for exterior and interior applications. In addition to the local and regional market, we also aim to serve premium segments internationally.
This will be an ecological factory equipped with advanced production technology, built to the highest #Green and #NZEB standards ☘️, and certified LEED Gold🏅 by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) — the only industrial building of its kind in Kosovo and among the few in the region!
